1. How does the system work?
Every registered user receives a virtual customer card after making their first purchase. It allows users to accumulate their total order value and receive personalized discounts.
2. Accumulative Discount
- When the total purchase amount reaches 5000 UAH, the customer receives a 5% discount on all future purchases.
- When the total purchase amount reaches 10000 UAH, the customer receives a 10% discount on all future purchases.

If the customer reaches the 5000 UAH or 10000 UAH threshold while placing an order, the discount does not apply to that order but becomes available for future purchases.
? If the customer places an order of 10000 UAH or more at once, they will receive a 10% discount on all future purchases.
3. How to track progress?
- You can track your discount progress in your personal account.
- The total purchase amount accumulates automatically after completing an order.
4. Where does the discount apply?
- Loyalty program discounts apply only on the official website.
- They do not extend to representative stores or other marketplaces.
5. Restrictions and Additional Conditions
- To access the discounts, the customer must be registered on the website and have made at least one purchase.
- The discount applies automatically to all future orders based on the accumulated level.
- The loyalty program discount cannot be combined with other website discounts or promo codes.
- In case of a product return, the purchase amount considered in the loyalty program will be adjusted.
- The website administration reserves the right to modify the terms of the loyalty program.
